Joining Uncle Dave Griffin on a heart-warming trip through time is Daddy Joseph ‘Snook’ Griffin, Brother Gary ‘Tick’ Griffin, and Sister Deb ‘Soukajouma Kid’ Griffin Hickox as they mosey through the past detailing stories and pictures of how this family came to be and are still a vital force in Waycross, Georgia. A 20-year Air Force veteran, Mr. Griffin, still sharp at 95 years old, relays tales of marriage and service to our great country. Throughout Gary and Deb inject Griffin humor, which we all owe to our daddy, including hit lines like Arab watusi and Griffin male pattern baldness. A beautiful rendition of Hank Williams’ “Settin’ The Woods On Fire” is performed by Snook and Uncle Dave and the Tail of the Week brings it all together for a homespun family reunion.
